Job Description:
Glad Manufacturing is hiring Production Operators to join its team in Rogers. This hands-on role is responsible for operating high-speed equipment used in the production and packaging of Glad® plastic products.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor machinery (extruders, winders, sealers)
– Perform quality checks and document results
– Assist with equipment changeovers and basic maintenance
– Follow safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
Requirements:
– High school diploma or GED
– Manufacturing experience preferred but not required (training provided)
– Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
