Job Description:
Chem-Energy is seeking an Environmental Compliance Specialist to oversee permitting, reporting, and regulatory compliance for its renewable energy projects in Wyoming. Ideal for candidates with experience in environmental science, energy, or permitting.
Key Responsibilities:
– Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations
– Prepare and submit reports (air quality, water discharge, waste)
– Coordinate with regulatory agencies and environmental consultants
– Conduct internal audits and site inspections
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
– Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs
– Familiarity with NEPA, EPA, and state-level energy regulations
– Strong writing and documentation skills
