Join the team at Fashion & Co. as a Retail Sales Assistant at our busy Bluewater store. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals with a passion for fashion and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet customers and assist with styling and product selection
– Operate the till and handle transactions
– Restock merchandise and maintain store appearance
– Achieve personal and store sales targets
Requirements:
– Previous retail experience preferred but not required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
– Passion for fashion and a positive attitude
