Job Description:
Delta Offshore Energy is hiring a qualified Offshore Electrician to perform maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems on oil and gas production platforms. This role is ideal for certified tradesmen with offshore or industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, lighting, and motors
– Conduct routine inspections and emergency repairs
– Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
– Work with platform crews and engineers
Requirements:
– Journeyman or Master Electrician license (Louisiana or reciprocal)
– Valid offshore certifications: HUET, TWIC, SafeGulf
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in offshore or heavy industrial setting
– Must be able to work 12-hour shifts during rotation
