Brew & Bean, a popular independent coffee shop at Bluewater, is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our friendly team. Perfect for candidates with energy, attention to detail, and a love for coffee culture.
Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare espresso-based drinks and serve pastries
– Deliver exceptional customer service
– Keep café area clean and well-stocked
– Work as part of a fast-paced team environment
Requirements:
– Previous barista or hospitality experience is a plus
– Strong communication skills and customer focus
– Ability to multitask during busy periods
– Availability to work weekends
