POSITION OVERWIEV
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within an IT or software development environment, with a proven track record of successfully leading product development efforts. As an IT Product Owner, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to meet business goals and stakeholder needs.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT or software development environment
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Demonstrated ability to define and prioritize product requirements, manage backlogs, and lead product development efforts
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner)
Experience with cloud-based solutions and technologies
Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the IT industry
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex IT products in a fast-paced environment

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to gather and prioritize product requirements
Create and maintain a well-defined product backlog, ensuring that user stories and acceptance criteria are clear and actionable
Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements
Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and adjust priorities as needed
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Ensure that the product meets compliance and security standards, working closely with relevant teams to address any issues
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners
