Purpose of the job: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce & Web Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operations of website (IQOS.com / VEEV-VAPE.com / ZYN.com), ensuring seamless execution of web and ecommerce initiatives, developments and support activities to drive continuous improvement in our digital customer experience. This role requires a proactive individual with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of eCommerce operations.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in a global setting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Familiar with Commerce Salesforce, Demandware, Drupal
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in web content management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of website, ensuring the website runs smoothly, efficiently, optimal performance, reliability, and user experience
Project Coordination: Proactively create, plan, manage, test, deliver, and communicate on DCE1 (IQOS.com / VEEV-VAPE.com / ZYN.com) development (CONSGOV) and support (QBranch) tickets. Act as the primary point of contact for all operational issues related to website, providing timely and effective resolutions
Seasonal Offers / Portfolio Launches: Manage seasonal offers or portfolio launches implementation including promotion mechanic and related content to enhance user experience and drive sales
Customer Service Coordination: Collaborate with the Customer Service Center (CSC) to implement offers and ensure customer satisfaction
Demandware Setup: Coordinate Demandware setup based on local acquisition and retention website activities
Content Management: Oversee content updates across web pages or create new pages to keep the website up to date and engaging
Feature Management: Manage and maintain features such as the store locator, Bazaarvoice integration, and IQOS App to enhance the overall customer experience
Bug Fixing: Identify, prioritize, and resolve website bugs to maintain optimal functionality
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including marketing, IT, and customer service teams to align objectives and deliverables
Compliance & Governance: Ensure all website operations comply with relevant regulations and internal governance policies
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on CRM processes and best practices
