Role overview:

The Manager Digital Excellence Deployment position, located within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) unit, is a key managerial role in the Digital Excellence (DE) area. This role is essential for executing and delivering DE objectives, playing a crucial part in deployment and value realization.
The Manager Digital Excellence Deployment is responsible for planning and executing initiatives and projects that align with the DE strategic roadmap. Ensuring that DE projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and within budget is a primary responsibility. This role coordinates multiple digital service owners and providers to deliver and generate value, ensuring the successful execution of the digital roadmap and objectives. Additionally, the manager drives digital transformation, ensuring business change and the adoption of new products.
This position is vital for fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the organization. The role also involves monitoring and evaluating the impact of digital initiatives to ensure they meet business goals. Ultimately, the Manager Digital Excellence Deployment will play a key role in shaping the digital future of the organization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT Engineering, Human Resource or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
Project management experience: at least 7 years of proven track record in managing mid and large-scale digital transformation projects, including planning, execution, and delivery
Project Management: Strong background in project management, including creating detailed project plans, managing timelines, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Digital Product Development: Experience in overseeing the development and lifecycle management of digital products, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive digital transformation and value realization.
Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management strategies to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Data Analysis and Insights: Proficiency in analyzing data to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
Agile Methodologies: Experience in promoting and implementing agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility and responsiveness.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with digital projects and initiatives.
Strong ability to train, coach, mentor, motivate, influence, and think creatively.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate the business value of our solutions both internally and externally using PowerPoint and data.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Ensure alignment with business goals and drive the adoption of innovative digital solution
Program Oversight and Governance: Establish and maintain program governance structures to ensure effective oversight and management of digital projects. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Value Realization: Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives. Ensure that projects deliver measurable value and contribute to the organization’s strategic objectives.
Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively, meeting all defined criteria.
Roadmap Management: Create and maintain a comprehensive digital roadmap that aligns with strategic goals. Ensure the roadmap is regularly updated and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Time & Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources. Monitor expenditures and timelines to prevent
Resource Allocation and Optimization: Manage the allocation of resources, including budget, personnel, and technology, to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency. Prioritize projects based on strategic importance and potential impact.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate the adoption of new digital tools and processes. Ensure that stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the transformation journey.
