Role overview:

This pivotal position, situated within the Global Business Solutions (GBS) unit, plays a crucial managerial role in the Digital Excellence domain.

The Manager Digital Adoption ensures that digital products and tools are seamlessly integrated across the organization, driving value creation. By planning and executing initiatives focused on digital asset adoption, they optimize tool usage and generate tangible benefits. This role also champions the absorption of new ways of working through digital implementations, positioning it at the forefront of the organization’s digital transformation.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Manager Digital Adoption co-creates digital strategies that transcend departmental silos. They serve as a bridge between technology and people, fostering a culture of innovation and digitalization. Through effective communication, training, and empathy, they empower employees to embrace digital fluency and adapt to evolving work paradigms."

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, Finance or related field. Master’s Degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in Digital or IT management role focused on end-users.
Digital Adoption: Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms, particularly WalkMe, is highly desirable.
Digital Product Management: Experience in overseeing the development and lifecycle management of digital products, ensuring alignment with business needs and strategic goals.
Change Management: Experience in developing and implementing change management activities to support the adoption of new digital tools and processes.
Project management experience: proven track record in managing large-scale digital transformation programs, including planning, execution, and delivery
Strategic Planning and Execution: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive digital transformation and value realization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Data Analysis and Insights: Proficiency in analyzing data to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile methodologies to enhance project flexibility.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with digital projects and initiatives.
Strong ability to train, coach, mentor, motivate, influence, and think creatively.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate the business value of our solutions both internally and externally using PowerPoint and data.

Agile Mindset: Promote and implement agile methodologies to enhance flexibility, responsiveness, and collaboration. Ensure that digital projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
Innovative Approach: Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies and methodologies. Encourage a forward-thinking mindset within the team to continuously improve digital services.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy. Ensure alignment with overall business goals and drive the digital transformation agenda.
Oversee the successful delivery of digital projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while meeting quality standards.
Collaborative Innovation: Partner with process owners, technical experts and vendors to develop Digital Adoption solutions that impress users and add business value.
