Job Description:
OpenAI is looking for a passionate Machine Learning Engineer to help train, evaluate, and scale advanced AI models. You’ll work at the cutting edge of generative AI, collaborating with world-class researchers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
– Design and implement ML models and infrastructure
– Optimize performance and training pipelines for large-scale models
– Collaborate with research teams to improve algorithmic capabilities
– Analyze output and contribute to safe and scalable deployment of models
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 2+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
– Proficient in Python and distributed systems
– Interest in AI safety, alignment, or applied ML research
