Job Description:
WestTex Oil Services is hiring entry-level Roustabouts for land-based operations in the Permian Basin. No experience is required — training provided on site.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with rig setup and teardown
– Maintain drilling equipment and clean work areas
– Handle hand tools and operate basic machinery
– Follow all safety procedures and wear PPE
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred
– Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
– Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
– Willingness to work long shifts in remote areas
Benefits:

– Daily per diem + overtime
– Opportunities to grow into skilled oilfield roles
