Job Description:
We’re hiring Italian-speaking customer support agents to assist users of a global tech platform via phone, email, and live chat. This is a fully remote role open to bilingual professionals based in the U.S., EU, or UK.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming inquiries from Italian-speaking customers
– Provide step-by-step technical assistance and product guidance
– Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support
– Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Requirements:
– Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written)
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Experience in customer service or call centers preferred
– High-speed internet and a quiet work-from-home setup
