Job Description:
Dun & Bradstreet is seeking a Client Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for corporate clients using our business credit and data solutions across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
– Guide users on accessing and interpreting D&B business credit reports
– Troubleshoot account and data access issues
– Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction
– Maintain CRM records and escalate cases as needed
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– 1–2 years of experience in customer success or client services
– Strong communication skills in English (additional European language a plus)
– Comfortable using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
– Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
