Job Description:
NorthCare Living is hiring experienced Senior Care Assistants for elderly care facilities in Manchester. We are an approved Skilled Worker sponsor, and welcome qualified overseas applicants with a background in personal or clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist residents with personal hygiene, meals, and mobility
– Administer medications (with appropriate training)
– Support care planning and coordinate with healthcare teams
– Mentor junior care assistants and report concerns to nurses
Requirements:
– NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or foreign equivalent)
– 2+ years of caregiving experience (hospital, care home, or private)
– Good level of English (IELTS 4.0+ or UKVI-approved test)
– Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable
