The Global HR department is currently looking for a Global HR Diversity, Equity and Inclusion & Well-being Trainee to join our team as soon as possible. The position is based in Paris (Boulevard Haussmann) or near Lyon (Limonest).

YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

In an international and multicultural environment, where we value everyone’s uniqueness, you will report to the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and Well-being. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:

DIVERSITY, EQUITY AND INCLUSION

Contribute to the DEI roadmap animation and mission, supporting Danone’s transformation
Animate and support our local HR communities and Champions, animating & supporting the network worldwide
Animate & support the DEI communication Campaigns
Support the organization of DEI events and activations
WELL-BEING FOR EMPLOYEES

Develop & support the project management phase roll-out of our Global Well-being Program, based on 3 pillars (Nutrition, Mental Wellness and Physical Well-being), as well as the global strategy new developments and initiatives
Support the organization of events for employees
Contribute to the design and implementation of new Well-being related initiatives
Support and co-lead the Communications plan

Up to 2days/week of remote work

Internship: You will receive a stipend ranging from €1,300 (Bac+4 and gap year) to €1,500 (Bac+5) gross/month.

About you
Ready to become a real Danoner? We are looking for someone:

Student in Master (business school, University, HR / Communication school) with a first successful experience in HR / Communications/Marketing
Project management skills & Autonomy
Creative mindset, ability to challenge the status quo & to think out of the box
Strong interpersonal skills & good networker in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to influence and manage complexity and confidentiality
Rigorous, organized Good analytical skills & Data savvy
Team player, collaborative & Open-minded
Fluent English (Written and oral), French is a plus
Hard & soft skills

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with different projects at the same time
Digital appetite
Autodidact on topics that you do not know
Agile mindset, to connect constantly the dots in everything we do
Empathy to understand different cultures & points of views & bring customized solutions

Advanced and experienced in Ms Power Point & Ms Excel

Master Change management OR
Previous work experience in projects / any implementation / global & local projects OR
Experience in transformation projects/ OD functions
