Job Description:
American Healthcare Staffing is hiring foreign-trained nurses to work in hospitals and long-term care facilities across Texas. We specialize in helping international nurses relocate and practice legally in the U.S. through the EB-3 visa program.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients
Assess, monitor, and record patient health conditions
Participate in patient care planning and family communication
Follow facility protocols and infection control procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized international school
English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+ or OET B)
Willingness to take and pass the NCLEX-RN
Clinical experience in acute or long-term settings
Commitment to work in the U.S. under a 2–3 year agreement
