Key Responsibilities:
Check guests in and out using POS system
Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism
Manage bookings and communicate with housekeeping
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Fluent in English; other languages a plus
Positive attitude, polished appearance, and punctuality
