Job Description:
BayCoast Offshore is hiring entry-level Roustabouts for offshore oil platforms in the Gulf of Mexico, departing from Houma, LA. No offshore experience required—full training provided. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist deck crew with equipment handling and cargo operations
Clean and maintain rig work areas and machinery
Support crane operators and drilling teams
Follow all offshore safety and emergency protocols
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to pass physical, drug test, and offshore certifications
Physically fit and comfortable working at sea
TWIC card and HUET certification preferred (training offered)
Team player with strong work ethic
