Job Description:
TechLink Europe is hiring an IT Support Technician to join its growing Berlin office. This English-speaking role is open to foreigners, including applicants from outside the EU. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to internal staff
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage onboarding of new employees (laptops, accounts, access)
Document solutions and escalate complex cases to senior engineers
Requirements:
Degree or training in IT or Computer Science
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support
Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required
Valid visa or eligibility for German work permit
