Job Description:
Midlands Logistics is hiring entry-level warehouse operatives, open to foreigners with legal work status in the UK. No previous experience is required—full training provided on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders
Sort and scan incoming and outgoing parcels
Keep warehouse clean and organized
Follow health and safety standards
Requirements:
Right to work in the UK (Graduate Visa, Skilled Worker Visa, etc.)
Basic English communication skills
Punctual and physically fit (lifting up to 20kg)
Team player with good work ethic
