Job Description:
PrairieSteel is seeking Production Workers to join our fast-paced assembly and fabrication team in Fargo. We manufacture parts for tractors, tillers, and large-scale agricultural equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble mechanical components using hand and power tools
Operate metal presses, drills, or welding machines (if trained)
Check parts for quality and report defects
Load and move materials with hoists or pallet jacks
Follow all workplace safety and production procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic diagrams
Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long shifts
Team-oriented and dependable
