Job Description:
HF Sinclair is seeking a detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Coordinator to oversee safety compliance and environmental standards at our Tulsa refinery. This role is key to ensuring safe operations and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement OSHA and EPA safety standards across all departments
Conduct site safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Train employees on safety procedures and emergency response
Monitor environmental emissions and waste handling
Maintain documentation and interface with local regulators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field
3+ years of experience in refinery or heavy industry HSE roles
Knowledge of OSHA 1910, PSM, and EPA regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Certifications (CSP, CIH, or equivalent) preferred
