Job Description:
TechHive Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level IT Support Technician to provide first-line technical support to clients in the education and health sectors. Ideal for recent graduates or career switchers with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to help desk tickets via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues
Perform routine system updates and backups
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
Log service requests and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
Associate degree or IT certification (CompTIA A+ or similar)
Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking
Strong communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
