Job Description:
Bluegrass Auto Components is hiring Assembly Line Workers for its automotive parts factory in Lexington. This is an entry-level opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a long-term career in the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble automotive parts using hand and power tools
Perform quality checks on completed units
Read blueprints and follow production guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
Report safety or equipment issues to supervisors
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long hours
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Basic math and reading skills
No previous experience required – training provided
