Job Description:
Midwest Precision Metalworks is hiring CNC Machine Operators to work in our expanding metal fabrication plant in Toledo. This role is ideal for those with machining experience looking to work in a high-tech, clean manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
Interpret blueprints and ensure dimensional accuracy
Perform in-process inspections with measuring tools
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues
Complete production reports and maintain tooling
Requirements:
2+ years of CNC operating experience
Knowledge of G-code and machine setup
Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and gauges
Ability to read blueprints and safety procedures
High school diploma or technical training preferred
