Working Hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote)

Job Summary:
TechBridge Europe, a growing international software company based in Athens, is looking for skilled Software Engineers to join its product development team. We welcome applications from non-EU candidates and offer full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance for qualified professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks
Collaborate with international teams on product design and features
Write clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews
Integrate APIs, manage databases, and optimize system performance
Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum) and contribute to team planning

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development
Strong knowledge of one or more of the following: JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java, or PHP
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and RESTful APIs
Good communication skills in English
Willingness to relocate to Greece (visa provided)

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in cross-cultural or remote teams
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
