Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 08:00–20:00, Monday to Friday

Job Summary:
GlobalConnect is seeking friendly, fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our remote support team in Greece. This is a fully remote position open to residents of Athens or surrounding areas who want to build a career in international customer support while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Troubleshoot product or service issues and provide solutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated cases
Ensure excellent service quality and meet daily performance metrics

Requirements:
Fluency in English (C1/C2 level) – both written and spoken
Previous customer support or call center experience preferred
Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask
Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home working environment

Preferred:
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Additional languages are a plus (not required)
Previous remote work experience
