Job Summary:
SunBright Solar is hiring motivated Solar Installers to join its growing team in Santa Fe. This is an entry-level role with full training provided—ideal for individuals looking to build a career in renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panels and racking systems on residential rooftops
Work safely on ladders and at heights
Assist with wiring and inverter setup under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow all company safety standards and guidelines
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Comfortable working on roofs and using hand tools
Construction or electrical experience is a plus
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
