Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 14 days on / 7 days off
Job Summary:
Dakota Energy Services is hiring Oilfield Operators to support field operations in the Bakken oil region. No experience is required—full training is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking high-paying, physically active jobs with room to grow in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with rigging up/down of oilfield equipment
Monitor and maintain fluid levels and pressure systems
Load and unload materials from trucks
Clean, inspect, and maintain job site and equipment
Follow strict safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
