Job Summary:
Prairie Harvest Farms is hiring reliable Farm Equipment Operators for the spring and summer growing seasons. If you enjoy working outdoors with modern ag technology and are open to seasonal rural life, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate tractors, sprayers, and harvesters
Maintain equipment and perform routine repairs
Assist with irrigation setup, planting, and field prep
Load/unload grain and materials as needed
Follow all safety procedures and farm regulations
Requirements:
Farm equipment or machinery operation experience
Ability to work long shifts in variable weather
Mechanical aptitude preferred
Must pass drug test and have a valid driver’s license
Benefits:

Hourly pay with overtime during harvest
Meals provided during peak season
Potential to return annually or move into permanent role
