Job Summary:
TELUS is seeking an IT Support Specialist with government project experience and active security clearance to support our growing Public Sector client base. Based in Ottawa, this role provides technical support to federal and provincial government agencies and requires professionalism, discretion, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to public sector clients
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage incident response through internal ticketing systems
Collaborate with government IT teams on secure system configurations
Install and maintain workstations, VPNs, and mobile devices
Ensure compliance with all data privacy and security standards

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience
Active Government of Canada Reliability or Secret Clearance
Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in secure environments
IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are an asset
