Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot high-tech manufacturing equipment
Follow detailed process instructions to meet quality standards
Use software to track data and production activity
Perform routine maintenance and inspections
Communicate with engineering and shift teams
Adhere to cleanroom protocols and safety procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or military experience preferred
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and nights
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfort working in a cleanroom environment wearing protective gear
Basic computer literacy
