Job Summary:
Ford Motor Company is seeking dependable and detail-focused Assembly Line Workers to join our production team in Dearborn. Be part of building some of the world’s most iconic vehicles while working in a clean, modern, and safety-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble vehicle components according to standardized procedures
Operate tools, presses, and robotic systems
Perform visual inspections for quality assurance
Follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates
Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime
Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and safety-focused mindset
