Job Description:
TechStop is looking for a Retail Sales Associate with strong knowledge of consumer tech (phones, tablets, gadgets) to assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and answer tech-related questions
Demonstrate and upsell electronics and accessories
Maintain product displays and stock shelves
Process transactions and manage returns
Help with inventory and back-of-house operations
Requirements:
Previous retail or tech sales experience is a plus
Comfortable learning about electronics
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Must be able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs
