Cascade Roasters is seeking friendly and energetic Baristas to craft great coffee and provide warm customer service. If you love coffee and people, this is a perfect fit!
Responsibilities:
Prepare espresso-based drinks and pour-over coffees
Engage with customers and offer product recommendations
Maintain cleanliness and restock the café
Operate POS system and handle payments
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
Previous barista or café experience preferred (but not required)
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Must be punctual and able to multitask
Passion for specialty coffee is a big plus
