FreshFields is hiring motivated Warehouse Operatives for its chilled food distribution centre. This role involves order picking, packaging, and inventory management in a temperature-controlled warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack customer orders
Load and unload goods from delivery trucks
Operate pallet jacks and scanners
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
Requirements:
Physically fit and comfortable working in a cold environment
Basic English (reading labels, following instructions)
Eligible for UK Skilled Worker visa sponsorship
Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential
