Job Description:
Desert Market & More is hiring friendly and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associates to support daily operations in our grocery and general merchandise departments.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist shoppers with locating products
Operate cash register and handle payments
Restock shelves and rotate perishable items
Keep aisles clean and organized
Report low stock or customer concerns to supervisors
Requirements:
Prior retail or cashier experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 30–40 lbs and stand for full shifts
Good communication and customer service skills
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
