Job Description:
Southwest Style Co. is looking for upbeat, fashion-savvy Retail Sales Associates to help customers find the perfect outfit while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and purchases
Operate the POS system to process sales and returns
Keep the store neat, clean, and well-stocked
Promote sales, loyalty programs, and special offers
Meet individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
Must be able to stand during full shift and lift up to 30 lbs
Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
