Job Description:
Oakbridge Elder Care is recruiting compassionate Health Care Assistants to join its growing team in a residential care facility. International applicants are welcome, and full visa sponsorship is provided.
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and mobility
Support residents during meals and medication times
Provide companionship and emotional support
Monitor and record residents’ wellbeing
Follow care plans and report changes in health
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to train)
Prior experience in a caregiving or hospital setting preferred
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Willing to relocate and work on rotational shifts
