Job Description:
Magna is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support its digital transformation initiatives across global manufacturing sites. This role will act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, helping to define, design, and deliver IT solutions aligned with Magna’s operational needs.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements
Create process documentation, technical specifications, and system workflows
Support ERP and manufacturing systems integrations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Coordinate testing, deployment, and training of new IT tools
Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through technology
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing
Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or MES systems
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
