Job Description:
MapleConnect Customer Services Inc. is hiring Customer Service Representatives to assist clients across Canada with billing, orders, and general inquiries. This role is perfect for those who enjoy remote work flexibility and stable employment in the service industry.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries
Assist customers with billing questions, returns, and product information
Handle complaints with professionalism and empathy
Use CRM systems to log interactions and resolve issues
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using customer service software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce)
Experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
Ability to work evenings or weekends, if needed
