Job Description:
Capital Administrative Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support federal agencies and government clients in the Ottawa region. The role involves document handling, scheduling, and internal communication, ideal for candidates familiar with public administration or office environments.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, travel bookings, and meeting logistics
Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical)
Respond to internal and public inquiries via email and phone
Support teams with general office coordination and documentation

Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in office administration
Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience working in government or regulated environments is a plus
