Job Description:
SalMar ASA, one of Norway’s leading seafood producers, is looking for Production Workers to join its state-of-the-art InnovaMar Fish Factory in Frøya. This role involves processing, cutting, and packaging salmon for global distribution. No prior experience is required—full training is provided!
Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and pack fresh and frozen salmon products
Operate production machinery in a clean and efficient manner
Ensure quality control in fish processing and packaging
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Work in cold storage and wet conditions
Qualifications:
No experience required – full training provided
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
Basic English skills required for safety instructions
