Job Description:
RBC is looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional banking support and financial advice to clients across Canada. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and career growth opportunities in Canada’s largest financial institution.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with banking inquiries, transactions, and account management
Provide financial product recommendations based on client needs
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
Process online banking applications & card activations
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or banking preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Bilingual candidates (English & French) preferred but not required
Familiarity with RBC banking products & services is an asset
