Job Description:
The NHS is hiring Healthcare Assistants to provide essential patient support in hospitals, clinics, and care homes. This role involves assisting nurses and medical staff in delivering high-quality patient care. International applicants are welcome with full visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities:
Support patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and meals
Assist nurses and doctors with medical procedures and patient monitoring
Maintain patient records and hygiene standards
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Ensure health and safety protocols are followed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare, nursing, or elderly care preferred
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and nights
