Job Description:
Enbridge is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers choose the right energy plans, home gas appliances, and Enbridge retail products. This role involves face-to-face sales interactions with customers at Enbridge retail stores and partner locations.
Responsibilities:
Educate customers on gas utilities, home energy solutions, and smart energy plans
Sell and promote Enbridge energy services and retail products
Meet sales targets and provide an excellent customer experience
Work closely with technicians and service teams for product installations
Process customer orders, service requests, and retail financing applications
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, or energy sector preferred
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of gas appliances, energy efficiency solutions, or HVAC products is an asset
