Job Description:
Loblaw Companies Ltd. is hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide friendly and efficient service to customers in stores, online order fulfillment, and support centers. This role is ideal for people with strong communication skills who enjoy working in retail and assisting customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-store or over the phone
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and product-related questions
Process transactions, returns, and refunds at the service desk
Support online grocery and home delivery orders (PC Express & Loblaw Digital Services)
Maintain clean and organized service areas
Qualifications:
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred but not required
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings & weekends
Comfortable handling point-of-sale (POS) systems and online order platforms
