Job Description:
Scotiabank is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support executive teams and department managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced banking environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives and managers
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and internal communications
Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and document filing
Assist with event planning and administrative projects
Maintain confidentiality and follow corporate banking procedures

Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in office support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual (English/French) is a plus but not required
