Job Description:
Vanuatu Organic Exports Ltd. is hiring an Agricultural Field Supervisor to manage local farmers, oversee crop production, and ensure export-quality organic products. This position is ideal for someone passionate about sustainable agriculture and working closely with farming communities.
Responsibilities:
Train and supervise local farmers in organic farming techniques
Monitor coconut, vanilla, cocoa, and other tropical crop production
Ensure compliance with export quality and certification standards
Work with logistics teams to manage shipments to international markets
Maintain accurate farm production records and reporting
Qualifications:
Experience in agriculture, farming, or crop management
Knowledge of organic farming practices and export regulations
Ability to lead and train farmworkers
Comfortable working in rural environments
Strong communication skills in English or Bislama
