Job Description:
Pacific Paradise Resorts is looking for an experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury beachfront resort in Vanuatu. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals with experience in resort management, guest services, and operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, guest relations, and staff management
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
Manage financial budgets, inventory, and supplier relations
Develop marketing strategies to attract international and local tourists
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in hotel/resort management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of budgeting, marketing, and guest services
Ability to work in a remote island environment
Excellent communication skills in English (French or Bislama is a plus)
